Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering a company account on RAVIZAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

RAVIZAR provides an AI-powered engineering knowledge management platform including: standards library management, deviation workflow management, compliance health checks, experience and knowledge capture engine, and related AI-assisted assessment tools ("the Services"). The Services are provided on a seat-licensed, company-account basis to registered organisations.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • —Only organisations may register — individual personal accounts are not permitted.
  • —Registration requires submission of a Company Registration Request subject to RAVIZAR's approval process.
  • —Registrant warrants that all information provided is accurate and that they have authority to bind their organisation.
  • —RAVIZAR reserves the right to reject any registration request without obligation to provide reasons.
  • —AI-assisted due diligence may be conducted as part of the registration review process.

4. User Accounts & Seat Licensing

  • —Each registered company is allocated a number of seats as agreed at subscription.
  • —Only active seat holders may access the platform.
  • —Company Admin is responsible for managing seat allocation and user access.
  • —Inactive or suspended users do not consume active seats.
  • —Exceeding seat allocation requires a subscription upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:
  • —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • —Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
  • —Attempt to access another company's data or circumvent security controls.
  • —Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models or platform architecture.
  • —Use AI-generated assessments as a substitute for qualified professional engineering judgment.
  • —Upload false or misleading standards documentation.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

RAVIZAR's AI assessment engine provides analytical outputs to assist qualified engineers in their decision-making. AI assessments are advisory only and do not constitute professional engineering advice, legal advice, or regulatory compliance certification. All deviation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the authorised personnel within the subscribing organisation.

7. Data Ownership

All standards documents, deviation records, experience data, and organisational content uploaded to RAVIZAR remain the intellectual property of the subscribing organisation. RAVIZAR claims no ownership over customer content. Customer content is used solely to provide the Services to that organisation and is never shared with other organisations.

8. Data Isolation & Security

RAVIZAR implements company-level data isolation. Each organisation's data is logically separated at the database level using Row Level Security controls. No organisation can access another organisation's standards, deviations, experience records, or any other data. RAVIZAR maintains industry-standard security practices and hosts data on enterprise-grade infrastructure.

9. Subscription, Fees & Payment

  • —Subscription fees are invoiced as agreed in the applicable Order Form.
  • —Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
  • —Late payment may result in account suspension.
  • —Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.
  • —All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

10. Account Suspension

RAVIZAR may suspend a company account if: payment obligations are not met; a termination request has been submitted and accepted; or the account is found to be in material breach of these Terms. During suspension:
  • —All user access is disabled except for the Company Admin.
  • —Company Admin retains access to Account Management only.
  • —All platform services are deactivated.
  • —Data is retained and not deleted during the suspension period.
  • —Storage costs continue to accrue during suspension at the applicable rate.

11. Account Termination & Data Deletion

Termination of a company account is a two-phase process. Phase 1 — Termination Request: The Company Admin must submit a formal Account Termination Request through the platform. RAVIZAR will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. Phase 2 — Suspension & Final Settlement: Upon receipt of a valid termination request, the account will be moved to Suspended status. RAVIZAR will issue a final invoice comprising all outstanding invoices as of the suspension date, plus storage costs accrued from the suspension date to the confirmed termination date, calculated at the applicable storage rate per MB including RAVIZAR's service markup. Data Deletion: Upon confirmation of termination and settlement of all outstanding amounts, RAVIZAR will permanently delete all company data including standards documents, deviation records, experience data, user profiles, and all associated files within 30 days. This deletion is irreversible. RAVIZAR is not responsible for any loss of data following confirmed termination.

12. Intellectual Property

The RAVIZAR platform, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and all associated software, is the exclusive intellectual property of RAVIZAR. No licence to the platform's underlying technology is granted beyond the right to use the Services as described herein.

13. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party and to use such information only for the purposes of performing obligations under these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAVIZAR's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the subscribing organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim. RAVIZAR shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

15. Indemnification

The subscribing organisation agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RAVIZAR from any claims arising from: misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any engineering decisions made based on AI-generated assessments.

16. Modifications to Terms

RAVIZAR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
