RAVIZAR is currently pre-launch and is not yet serving production customers. This notice covers the personal information we collect today — primarily through the demo request form on this website — while the platform is in this stage. A full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will be published before general availability, once RAVIZAR has an operating entity and the underlying commitments have been reviewed by counsel.

2. What We Collect

When you submit a demo request through this website, we collect:

• —Your name and work email address.
• —Your company name and job title, if provided.
• —Any message or additional details you choose to include.

3. How We Use It

We use this information solely to respond to your request and to follow up about a product demonstration or related conversation. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where It Is Processed

The systems that handle this information are:

• —Supabase — database and storage for information submitted through this website. Data is stored in Canada (region ca-central-1).
• —Vercel — hosting for this website and its underlying application. Vercel is a United States company; this information may be processed through infrastructure located in the United States.
• —Resend — delivery of any email correspondence arising from your request.
• —Anthropic and OpenAI — this applies to platform users, not demo requesters: where a platform user submits content for AI-assisted engineering assessment, that content is processed by these providers to generate the assessment.
